O.P. Thor Security Group S.R.L. provides Customers with Security services by constantly monitoring the alarm systems and operative intervention of the Mobile Groups when the alarm signal is triggered. This type of activity is composed of two separate services, namely:
1. Permanent monitoring of alarm systems
Monitoring involves the permanent takeover (24/24 hours, 7/7 days) of the signals transmitted by the local alarm system to the Desk of the Company's centralized Security Dispatch Office and their management depending on the type of alarm triggered. The transmission of the signals to the Dispatch Office is done through the “ANDROMEDA” Monitoring Program. The program allows monitoring of any type of alarm system and the availability to connect an unlimited number of subscribers, being managed by dispatchers with a very good professional training. The dispatchers receive every signal received from both the target and the subscribers, and in in case of burglary, triggering of the alarm button, fire, etc., the Mobile Intervention Groups are alerted for immediate movement to the target and solution of the problem.
2. Operational intervention of Mobile Groups
The operative intervention involves the rapid movement, within 5-7 minutes, of the Mobile Groups to the monitored object in case of alarm. The Company's operational intervention detachment consists of intervention agents, who have special physical and mental qualities, as a result of theoretical training and rigorous practical training. Mobile Groups have cars inscribed with the Company's logo and are composed of qualified intervention agents, equipped and properly equipped with rubber sticks, tear gas spray, bulletproof vest, defenders, safety helmet, mobile radio / telephony stations and firearms. Mobile groups are deployed at fixed parking points, in areas close to the monitored objectives. One of the crews of the Mobile Groups is permanently in the operative reserve for extraordinary or special situations (concomitant alarms, technical failures of the transport units, etc.).
