The Thor Security Group S.R.L. rejects the statements made in the public space during the TV show “Cutia Neagră Plus” from 14.03.2021, on the TV8 channel.

These statements promote a series of false, derogatory, and unverified information, without factual and legal support, likely to negatively affect the credibility of OP "Thor Security Group" S.R.L.

-In the show, the subject of the Company's association with Ilan Șor was approached, which is an absolute falsehood. Mr. Ilan Șor has nothing to do with our company - he is not a founder and is not (was not) a member of the administrative block. The company developed from the financial sources of Liliana and Igor Bodorin and due to the professionalism of the team members.

"Association" involves a business partnership or association to achieve a certain goal. OP "Thor Security Group" has only one goal - the provision of quality security services, which we do brilliantly and for which we are appreciated by business partners (both from the private sector and state institutions).

-Regarding the subject of video cameras, we inform you that they were mounted in the places indicated by the decision-makers of the Chisinau Court, all information is stored and archived on the Court's servers, and video systems are managed only by IT specialists (engineers) from the organizing states. courts, which are responsible for processing the information.

Guards providing physical security services in the Chisinau Courthouse have only the possibility to monitor the observance of public order by viewing the rooms located at the base / secondary entrance to the building, halls, and corridors, nor the video cameras located in the courtrooms.

OP “Thor Security Group” S.R.L. considers that civil society must be objectively and equidistantly informed about the activities carried out by the security companies in the country, regarding the particular activity of detective and security, and the statements must be confirmed factually and from objective and disinterested sources.

We demand the public denial of the slanderous statements, exposed during the show, by publishing this Communiqué.
